Key Presser

Key Presser automates the keyboard in four modes. Pick one under Mode:

• Repeat a key — taps one key on an interval until you stop it, or a limit is reached.
• Hold a key down — presses one key and holds it down until you stop the session. The key stays down for the whole session and is released when you press Stop.
• Key sequence — cycles a list of keys in order, each with its own delay and hold time.
• Type text — types a text string at a set characters-per-minute rate, then finishes.

Choosing a key

The Key field suggests key names as you type (space, f1, numpad_0 and so on). ClickTray sends scan codes, not virtual key codes alone, which is why it registers in applications that ignore other auto-typers.

Steps

In Key sequence mode the Steps list runs top to bottom, then starts again from the first step. Each row has a key, a delay, and an optional hold — leave the hold empty for a plain tap.

Typing text

Characters per minute paces the typing at a realistic speed instead of pasting the whole string instantly. The session finishes on its own once the text has been typed.

Text you enter here is stored in plain text in your profile and is typed into whatever has focus. Treat it as a convenience for text you would happily paste, not as a place for a password.

Humanize

Timing jitter (ms) varies the gap between presses. Hold jitter (ms) varies how long each key is held down — a fixed hold length is as unnatural as a fixed gap. Both can be set to zero.

What usually goes wrong

The game ignores it. Almost always because the other tool you tried sent virtual key codes only. Key Presser sends scan codes, which works in far more places — but a title using an exclusive input path can still ignore synthetic input.

It typed into the wrong window. Input goes to whatever has focus. Click into the field you mean, then start the session with the hotkey rather than with the mouse.
